"Okay," Billy calls back, patiently waiting for Jamie. He could spare a few moments for his friend.

"I've been running back and forth between our new departments," Billy explains, indicating the first datapad on his belt. "We seem to have ironed out most of the issues, so it's just a last minute check."

As for the load? "It's smaller than the last one, it should be fine."

He's strangely reluctant to tell Jamie what the loads being carried were for, but the items bundled in his arms might give it away. Engineering rooms don't usually require pillows and blankets.
