Slowly, so as not to cause any unforeseen reaction from the Map, Cargn pulled his mind away from the artifact. His shoulders slumped slightly, obviously exhausted from just delving through the outer layers of the Map.

Thankfully, though, he believed they now had enough data to proceed with caution in future tests.

"I believe that is enough for now," he said, removing his hand from the artifact to retrieve a handkerchief from his sleeve, wiping the blood from his nose. "I must say, your assistance has proven most valuable. I don't know if you would be willing to, but your continued help in future tests would be much appreciated."

It's not often Cargn offers to let someone work with him, secretive as he is.
