Some things require a drink. (Or two, or three or...)
After checking up on things, and hearing from Kaylee, Dean headed over to the Tavern. He snuck in to find a seat toward the back, though tricky to order drinks when you don't want to talk to the owner and head barkeep of the place.
He wanted plenty of drinks in him and available if Jayne did stop by to get some answers about what happened. He knew their universe don't have anything like this so it was more educating the civvies again.
That and he felt the urge to get seriously drunk.
Awesome birthday. Really. (Even if he was barely aware of it.)
