I have no power!....Wait, what? [Open]

After the events that have transpired thus far, and being unable to find any of his friends, Judau had not been in the proudest of states now. It didn't comfort him knowing that either everyone was either dead, or stuck in those pods he had came from. For now, waiting patiently was the only thing he could do...But he even failed at that. At least back in Shangri-La, when he had to work, work was more fun than simply sitting on his own thumbs and hoping for something to happen.

Thus explained his second venture into the hangar. There were plenty of Gundams around indeed, each one earning several seconds of gawking at before Judau ran towards the next. But he had not been interested in taking them out instead of his own machine. no matter how colorful or cool their designs had been. Were he still a junk dealer, his mindset would scream at him to take them for himself and sell them for a gigantic profit, one big enough to set him up for life. Tempting as it was, without Leina or any of his friends, it wouldn't do him much good anyway. Currency was good here, sure, but it wasn't enough for him to accomplish his goals.

Upon reaching the further depths of the hangar, there he saw it: The ZZ Gundam at long last. The rest of the machines around it were of little concern now, for Judau had found the one thing he had sought all this time. Even better, it had been repaired! With an ever growing smirk, he rushed to his old machine. Even without his pilot suit, Judau climbed the mecha and onto its chest. His hand pressed the button on the side, wasting no time in getting in there and activating the slumbering mech after all this time.

He moved over to the chair once he stepped in side, sitting atop of it and pressing the buttons to activate the machine. His grin grew even wider as the Gundam lit up, eyes flashing and the inside of the cockpit lighting up. Simply seeing it had brought back quite a few memories, even during the time he had piloted the Zeta Gundam before Roux ended up having to do that job. The cameras adjusted, showing him everything outside of the machine; he always did love the 360 cameras. Gripping the controls, he prepared to move the ZZ.

"Sorry guys, but I gotta do this," he said. "Sitting around here isn't my style! Judau Ashta, ZZ, launch---"

And before he could even prepare those words or fire up the engine, the ZZ Gundam powered down, causing a blackout inside of the cockpit, ceasing the functions of the cameras as well. Judau stared straight forward, jaw-dropped in absolute disbelief over what had just transpired. His eye twitched, and he had grown far too annoyed of all of this.

"You have gotta be kidding me..." he muttered, before finally shouting. "They didn't even bother to recharge the power supply!? What the hell is the point in even storing it if they didn't do that!?"

And so plan B had failed miserably as well. All Judau could do was slump back in his seat and give a sigh of defeat. There was one sliver of good news now: he knew what he could do around the ship for time being.

Not to mention, any junk-dealing urges Judau might have had would be crushed terribly if he went ahead with them by any respective pilot whose suit may have been affected. But back to the main point, Judau's attempted activation of his Gundam wouldn't go unnoticed. Yzak had a ton of reasons to be in the hangar, now that they not only had new pilots, but in his case more familiar faces.

He quickly moved in the direction all of the noise was coming from, looking up to the ZZ Gundam as Judau shouted. Yzak raised his eyebrows and narrows his eyes.

"Why are you even trying to launch in the first place?" he called up to him.

Yzak more or less ignored everything he said and asked for, focusing on simply one thing.

"And where do you think you'd go after launching? Weren't you paying any attention to that voice when you woke up?"

"This ship is traveling between universes, a good portion of the time. It wouldn't be a very good idea to try and launch off of the ship while it's doing that. Unless your mobile suit also has an ability like that."

For longer than you think, Yzak thought, crossing his arms and giving the ZZ a look over.

"Get down here and I'll explain some things to you."

WAY TO GO JUDAU. Thankfully for him, Yzak's Coordinator reflexes and speed let him jump away from the falling armor before it hit him in any way. What kind of mobile suit lost its armor from something hardly touching it?!

"W-WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!"

"NO THAT'S NOT GOOD WHEN THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE!" Yzak's voice echoed through the hangar.

"What, are all mobile suits where you some from this flimsy?! That's not going to be any help for us at all!"
silverduelist: (red ... neck ... man!!)

"You try being happy when you have falling armor almost crushing you!"

He crossed his arms and huffed. "Who's the idiot who decided to stop working on it, then?"
silverduelist: (le'sigh)

"My point still stands. It's not something to smile about after the fact!" He sideglanced at the piece of armor. "Thankfully we don't have idiots like that here - our mechanic isn't the type to just stop."

Yzak gave him a look. And even without his words, the look alone said that he had no idea who Judau was talking about. "No. It's a guy named Lowe."

The latest improvements to the Freedom's OS seemed to be working fine - Kira had been about to leave the cockpit and power everything down when one of the sensors lit up. Another one of the mobile suits in the hangar was being activated? He quickly scanned the cavernous vehicle bay, looking for the one that was powering up and finally seeing one that he didn't remember being there before...

...but then as quickly as it had powered on, it powered off again. Kira blinked, a bit puzzled... and then headed in that direction to investigate.

Kira jogged through the vehicles in the bay until he reached the unfamiliar mobile suit. Like Setsuna's and Duo's, it was in full color - did that mean it didn't have Phase Shift capabilities? Either that, or it simply wasn't from his world (arguably the more likely explanation, given the unfamiliar design).

There was a figure up by the cockpit, a young man he didn't recognize.

"Hello?" He called up. "What are you doing?"
