Brainiac 5 lowers Leela into the cot, ignoring the panic caused by the rapidly approaching creatures; it's more important right now to ensure that the patient is going to be alright for the return trip. He hooks up the oxygen mask and secures her to the cot with smooth, yet fast movements.
"Her condition's stable," he announces. It's one less thing to be waiting on before they leave. "She should be fine for the return trip. I'll remain here to monitor her though, just to be safe."
