Meanwhile, back on the Meatship! o/ [Open to those NOT in the Second Life plot!]
Things seemed a bit lonely within the ship. A lot of the crew had disappeared on another mission and hadn't come back yet. Amongst those were Vivio's parents, Nanoha and Fate, as well as Vita. Sure, Hayate, Einhart and the Reinforces were still around, but it seemed just a bit lonely without her parents around. Hopefully, they'd be back before Christmas... or somewhere close to Christmas.
Wanting to pass the time away, Vivio headed back to the Media Library, taking up her usual job as librarian, making sure everything was in place (and secretly ditching any files on that horrible Punishment that appeared. She didn't want anyone else seeing it).
"I wonder if everyone's okay..." Vivio mused to herself.

A blond braided viking had wandered in looking annoyed. Her lanky arms were flexing as if she was looking for something to break and her eyes darted about like a hunter on the prowl.

Vivio jumped a bit, hearing the arrival. She didn't realize that someone would have heard her and she grinned sheepishly as she spoke up. "Oh, n-no, I'm just talking to myself! My family went on a mission and I was wondering if they were okay!"

"Yes, it is! Well, Media Library, but same difference, right?" she said, giggling. "You need help finding something?"

She had spent the last couple...would it be days? Looking for Hiccup and Astrid. She had only become vaguely aware that she hadn't seen them in a while and when they weren't at the forge or in the Sensoriums that left...a whole lot of ship to search.
She was completely unaware that both of them and Toothless were away on the mission.

As she was looking through archives though, she was seeing there was very little about Stacy, and nothing about that punishment stuff that had taken place. So, naturally, she demanded to see who was in charge of that.
"Hey," she said to the little girl (like she had any right to think that). "Why can't I find anything about that thing with the ship that happened? You know, the punishment?"
no subject
"Wh-why would you want to see that again? Wasn't once enough?" Vivio asked.

She looked around, then back at Vivio. "Are you actually the keeper in this place?"
no subject
Hearing the question, Vivio nodded. "Yes, I am. Is there something wrong with that?"
no subject
She snickered. "A kid as a librarian. What do you think?"

Looking up at the remark, he waved Vivio over. "Hey."

"Oh, hey...!" she called out. She couldn't help but blink a bit, though - wasn't he gone? Must have been her imagination.

"You look a little down though," added Ed. "Something wrong?"

But she couldn't let herself be sad looking, not in front of Vivio, and she had a duty as Nanoha and Fate's friend to take care of Vivio, and she wouldn't leave that neglected. Nanoha and Fate were missing, but she wanted to find a way to show Vivio she still had family here.
With a forced smile, she came to the front desk with a couple of small paperbacks in hand. "Hey, Vivio."

"Hayate! Hello!" she said, trying to at least seem cheerful. She didn't want to worry her at all, after all. "Did you need any help?"
no subject
Hayate shook her head, "No, I know my way around libraries~ I used to go to them all~~ the time as a kid."
"I just came to see you ..."
no subject
Her eyes darted around a bit before she moved to join Hayate, hugging her in a bit of reassurance... mostly for herself.
