aaaaaaaaaAAARGH!

The noise seemed to come from out of nowhere, a wail of frustration raising in pitch until a part of the wall in a less-than-crowded section opened, spitting out a peeved-looking girl in red.

And was she peeved.

"Damn you, you stupid cowardous computer! We're not done yet!" She yelled at the wall which, for all intents and purposes, was as good as new. "Get out here, Glados!"

With a frustrated expression, she pointed her hammer (which was pretty large, come to think of it, larger than usual) at the wall. "Don't make me SMASH my way in!"

[OOC: Yeah. I fail. Anyway, Vita evidently got swallowed by Glados and was busy testing stuff. She's back and angry.]

A familiar anger caught the wizard's attention, as should only be expected given the size of his ears, and a minute later Aibghalien drifted into view. He couldn't help but smile, though it was all from sincere affection for Vita and her mannerisms.

"Hello, Vita."

"Heell---argh" Vita had whirled around, and spotted the elf. Who, really, wasn't responsible, so she tried to bite back her annoyance at that stupid test program for a moment.

"Uhm, hello Aibghalien... This Glados is a friggin pain!"

"From what I've heard, it's supposed to make sure your soul doesn't fall out...?" He shrugged. It was all thirdhand rumors anyway, so who knows how valuable they are. "Are you okay, besides angry?"

He'd been wondering where she'd gotten too, and was frankly quite glad to see her.

"Some stupid lasers and cannons and acid pits can't get me and Eisen down for long!" Vita replied, crossing her arms. "I'm annoyed this stupid thing kept me busy for so long! I couldn't even smash my way out, behind the walls was just MORE test room stuff."

But then, the walls could contain people like Superman, so Glados presumably had her ways.

"But that's not important, is everyone else okay?!"

"Yes. We ended up encountering an Ohm force that was singlehandedly defeated by a few arrivals from offship, who apparently have artifacts so powerful our contribution was unnecessary. They came back to the ship with us."

Can she tell he's not pleased? Because he is not.

Well, she recognized that attitude if nothing else. "Vita...?!"

"That sounds...weird." Vita added. "They're on our side for sure, though? ...Some of us better be careful, just in case."

Better ask. Sudden appearances of people with powerful artifacts was something she was used to, after all. They never were good news. Heck, when she had appeared, she'd been one of those! She knew what she was talking about here!

"Nanoha!" Vita replied...and then grumbled something that was, probably, something like 'sorry I let myself get captured by that doofus Gladus and wasn't around'

"THANK you!" Aibghalien said. "Someone ELSE says it!"

He'd never been one of those people, but he'd had them arrive on the scene once or twice, and in the long term it had NEVER turned out well!

"Maybe you could slip that thought into the minds of some of your friends," he continued. "I'd suggest it, but no one would listen."

"Uh, sure, why not. Can't hurt." Vita agreed. SHe didn't really know the situation yet or anything, but she was stubborn enough to check things properly. After all, she didn't want people to get hurt because some jerks stabbed them in the back.

"They better not try anything or else!"

Einhart blinked, looking towards the annoyed red-head. "Are you alright?"

"...." Vita blinked repeatedly at seeing Einhart, then slumped and sighed.

"Sure, for the most part. Just ..." She held herself back from whacking the wall, and instead made Eisen turn himself back to the normal size.
"Yeah, I'm mostly okay."

Can't be all weak when the kids are around, damnit.

Einhart smiled a bit. "That's good. I've... heard about Glados a bit. No one says good things about it."

"That's because there isn't anything good to say about it! It just captures you and does stupid tests!"

Grr.

Vita shook her head. "And just when things were getting troublesome. I hope the stupid thing didn't abduct me while I was needed or I'm really going to dismantle it!"

"They're offering to help us. Give us supplies, training, new suits... They say that for all of their power, there aren't enough of them to take care of the Ohm."

Which was fair enough; Aibghalien himself didn't have the resources to take out the Ohm as a whole, though he had no small amount of power himself. Still, such benevolence seemed sure to have a price tag attached, no matter their reassurances.

"Well they could be friendly and all I guess, but there's no harm in being careful, right?"

Vita didn't really mind help as such, she just was somewhat suspicious since she was a worrywart considering her friends. Something that could harm them was something she had an issue with until things were safe for sure.

"Exactly. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst."

Aibghalien thought a moment, then added, "It'd probably be best if you kept any suspicions quiet and private. I'll continue to be open with mine. I don't expect them to be so unsubtle, but if I make myself obvious, and then have a 'training accident' or suspiciously disappearance, or if I start acting unusual or too friendly towards them... well, you know something's gone wrong."

The mage blinked, pretty sure she caught most of that but not quite positive. "GLaDOS...? You were caught by her then, huh?"

"I'm pretty sure there isn't actually any cake."

She hadn't been out for awhile, mostly because she'd mostly been sticking to her own factory. She had been building her strength up after her near defeat to that boy, so she'd been by herself, building her monsters up. When she actually did go out, she decided to explore by herself, and this time it paid off.

"You met up with GLADOS?" She replied, appearing out of thin air. "Hmm. You've missed a bit."

Sasami could easily hear the growlings of Vita in the distance and it concerned her a bit. Running up, she couldn't help but grab her hammer, trying not to let Vita hit the wall.

"W-Wait...! You don't have to do that!"

"I didn't care for the cake, I was worried about you guys! And then that stupid Glados thing threw all those stupid devices at me. I was worried sick that everyone was in trouble while I was in there getting harassed!"

Vita coughed. "You're really all fine, right?"

"But why not?! That stupid Gladus thing captured me in that stupid test thing for a while, it's about time someone taught it a lesson!"

She didn't hit, of course, since Sasami would be swung along with the hammer. She wasn't angry at the girl, after all.

Someone who teleported, huh?

"Met up is how you can call it." Vita replied, and glanced at the girl. Well, she wasn't one to judge appearances, just because she seemed like a girl didn't mean she was, just like Vita herself, who was often confused for one due to her size ~~or lack thereof~~.

"What did I miss?!"

Oh, sneaky. Vita wasn't good with plans like that, but it wouldn't really be that hard to follow.
"Gotcha, will do. Won't be much use for me to tell people all over the place anyway, I wasn't around much anyway. I'm gonna tell it Hayate tho, but nobody else."

But that was to be expected, since Hayate was special.

Well teleported was probably not the right word, but it was accurate enough, really.

"What other word could you call it by?" Alessa was curious. This girl seemed interesting, and certainly energetic. She also hadn't really seen hair like that in a little while. West Virgina seemed a place remarkable lacking in color.

"A fight involving the Ohm, a boy turned into a monster due to a virus, and several new inhabitants to the ship due to the Ohm fight," Alessa said. Oh, and Stacy punishing a violent human woman by simulating her limbs being torn off when in actuality she was put back together rather easily. Something about her former programming, as she was once a prisoner ship I believe."
