"We all wish you could, but if it's not possible then it's our responsibility to work in those limitations. I shouldn't put myself in a situation that would trigger a person to attack me. We should add our own enforcement to yours to slow it down---and maybe we can help you someday."

Billy doesn't sound too sure. It wasn't her fault, of course not, but it was hard on all of them. What do you say when you've seen a horror like that?
