And Romeo Said to Juliet... [Open]

Hydroponics is better than a sensorium-generated field of flowers. It has real grass, real plants, and though there is no artificial sun, it's much more comfortable than the sensoriums.

This place won't disappear as soon as she steps out of the room, for instance.

She sheds her flip-flops at the base of a tree and sets herself down against it, crossing her legs tailor-style, setting her book, Romeo & Juliet, aside. She know the play by heart, but still, she enjoys reading it.

Leaning back into the tree, she shifts her legs, stretching them out, then picking her book back up, and turning to the page she'd left off on. Romeo and Juliet had just confessed their love in the balcony scene, and were now planning their secret wedding...or at least, something like that. Laurie's too wrapped up in Romeo and Juliet's love to really pay attention to the plot.
