Motorcycle Enthusiasts [open]
Phillip had returned to the sensoriums, deciding to test on a theory that he was putting together. It was true that without Shotarou around, he was unable to become Double, but at the same time, the use of the solid projections caused him to want to test out if he still could.
Bringing up a recreation of the Narumi Detective Agency was easy enough, and both Shotarou and Akiko faded into view with Ryuu at the counter, making coffee. Everything seemed to be in order, down to the last thing with Akiko reading a fashion magazine and Shotarou tapping on the classic typewriter at his desk.
"Oi, Phillip, something on your mind?" inquired Shotarou from the side.
"Ah. Just wanted to test something out. Transform with me will you?"
The Shotarou construction blinked. "What now?" He rolled his eyes. "Geez you're so impulsive at times."
"An experiment, Phillip?" inquired Ryuu and Akiko had set down her magazine, oddly quiet.
"Something like that." The conversation was meaningless, but it was how Phillip expected the constructs to react. He opened up the case he held and handed Shotarou the driver.
"Right." said Shotarou as he attached the belt. To Phillip's concern, the second did not appear so he attached it himself. This furthered the theory that a new link had to be forged with a new person. Shotarou picked up the Memory and clicked it as Phillip did the same. CYCLONE!
JOKER!
"Henshin!" chorused the pair as Phillip plugged his in and it went to Shotarou. But instead of passing out, Phillip watched as Shotarou's construct transformed into CycloneJoker. "I thought so," said Phillip sadly.
So, if a fight broke out, he couldn't lure his opponent to the sensoriums and transform with a construct Shotarou. How disappointing.
"AH! Phillip hasn't passed out!" exclaimed Akiko loudly who had gotten into position to catch his limp body.
It all broke out into bedlam from there.

However, when she enters the sensoriums, what she finds is anything but a quiet place to think.

Ryuu rolled his eyes as Phillip chuckled. "Sorry you had to see that," he said apologetically to Laurie. "It seems my imagination is running off with it."
"Though," added the Shotarou projection as he sidled up to Laurie. "I'm sure a lovely client like yourself has quite the interesting tale for us."
POK! Akiko's slipper came down on Shotarou's head as she dragged him away.

Laurie is blushing and possibly stammering mentally incoherent thoughts at the close proximity she and that boy had been in. She isn't used to strangers just sidling up to her like it's perfectly natural. Because to her, it isn't.
"Ummm," she finds her voice. "I guess so..."

"What in the world is going on here?" He asked, trying to make himself heard over the insanity that was a normal day at the Narumi Detective Agency.

"He's another Rider?" inquired Ryuu with his usual fierce intensity, but at least it was toned down a little.
"Ah... oh yeah, we met him during the Dummy Dophant incident," said CycloneJoker before he broke the transformation, removing the Memories and handing them to Phillip.
"Welcome to the Narumi Detective Agency," added Phillip as he took the Memories from Shotarou.

He looked to Ryuu. "Yes, I'm a Rider; a passing through Kamen Rider, so remember that. Now then, Mr. Assistant, why don't you get me some coffee, since I'm feeling rather parched right now, okay?"
To complete the show of utter smug, Tsukasa leaned back and smiled a little.

"I'll get it," sighed Shotarou at Ryuu's hairtrigger temper.
Phillip smothered a wide grin under his hand. "It's chaos, but it's home. Really though we're very professional on the case."
"Nyow!" exclaimed Shotarou to a cat on the windowsill and it meowed back.
"... most of the time." corrected Phillip.

He stood up and breezed over to where Akiko and Ryuu were struggling, and deployed his camera; then, he took a few pictures of the epic battle of epicness.

Pok Pok Pok went Akiko's slipper before Ryuu stopped death glaring Tsukasa. "Fine I won't kill him," spat the Police Officer. Akiko grinned and hugged him.
Shotarou came back with a cup of Ryuu's coffee and he offered it to Tsukasa before removing the Driver from his waist. "Oi, Phillip. Why didn't the Henshin work properly?"
"It was the lack of a physical body to transmit myself into," said Phillip as he replaced the driver and Memories into it. "That's as far as I can figure."
no subject
"You need a physical body to become Double, Philip?"
no subject
"I do. The Memories I use are the Soul Memories, meant to be joined in the body of the user of the Body Memories." Phillip turned the open case around so that Tsukasa could see the six memories sitting there with the two drivers side by side.

"Hmm...there is one person I know who would enjoy being that new partner, but he's still a child. I don't think he has the courage to ride with the Devil yet."

"Of those I know well, I don't think they would make good candidates. Most of those already have powers; Riders, magical warriors, etc."
no subject
"Although I could call out and see if anyone would be willing to volunteer for an experiment." added Phillip thoughtfully.
