Devlin had to struggle against Diamondhead. His own strength was pretty significant, but Ben had a few more years on him and a full Petrosapien form. That would normally be enough to settle a fight, and it had been back home, forcing him to retreat.

But Devlin did have one thing on his side: complete madness. Without any regard for his own safety, he continued to charge, swiping and thrusting at Ben, forcing them closer and closer to the park.
