Office Hours [Open]

Sometimes it was one thing after another with this crew. Other times, it was several things at once, as evidenced by the most recent series of events.

But Leon had to handle all of it. He was in the big chair now, literally in this case. He was in the Captain's Office, located just off the main bridge. It was fairly sparsely decorated, but had one hell of a view of the Bleed.

Not that Leon was taking too much time to enjoy it, he had a lot of work to do.

From his seat, Leon glanced over at the small figure seeking entrance.

"Come in."

Deep breath. Time to take the plunge.

Finding the doorknob, the three-foot-tall (counting the ears) creature walks in with as much dignity as he can muster. That is, without showing how bloody nervous he is. Once the door quietly shuts behind him, Renne's ears give a forward perk and yes, he snaps off a salute as best as he can. (Thank you, Starfleet).

"Is Rrrr-enne, Suhrrr."

Leon returned the salute.

"Yes, I've heard about you. Is there something I can do for you, Renne?"

Heard about him? That's....not entirely new to hear but he has to wonder what exactly has been said. Before such a thought can be squashed, Renne's ears give a curious back-flick.

"Wha-t? Eee. Rrrr-enne li-ke...Doo-tee, p-lease. Haow do get Doo-tee?"

It's more than a mere job to him. It's something to keep him anchored -- and given this is a ship and they're in a war, his mind equates duty to survival.

It took a moment to actually understand what Renne was talking about.

"You're looking for a job?" He asked, just to make sure he was on the same page.

His ears give a slight side-twitch and he nods amid speaking. He's prepared to explain why if he must.

"Rrrr-enne do coo-k, Rrrr-enne be Heal-errr ahn-d do fight. Rrr-enne tell if krrrit-terrr noh tell Trrroof, Rrrr-enne do Find too."

He's easily listing off what he can do here -- he's done all three at one point or another. "Finding", 'tis what he terms as basically, spying.
