Different Kind of Manhood
Title: Different Kind of Manhood
Location: Stacy; The Sensoriums
Renne had wandered, honing his orientation as well as he could and letting his mind wander since the addition of a second tattoo had come into existence. He'd crawled half of his route and managed to walk the other of it.
He had become steadily more pleased with his progress walking.
His gait, true, had begun to develop a strangeness but he'd associated that with the split of his lower spine and the rolling movement of both hips. It had been both the movement of his hips and the digitigrade nature of his feet.
Walking upon one's toes had indeed turned his gait into something like a running bird.
Reminding oneself to walk upright more often isn't easy. Running this way isn't much easier but trying to self-teach a way of fighting that isn't raw survival takes the cake in difficulty. He'd asked the Sensorium chamber to become as distraction-free as possible for this...
....even if his last few kicks are as bumblingly graceless where his running had turned hypnotically graceful.
