Alessa had little reason to care or be around most people: the attempt of making her feel alienated on the ship were more or less a push in her already apparent disgust of humanity save for children. Even after the Ohm and her decent workout, the clamor for elections meant nothing to her. She would not be held down and made to take orders like some human filth, certainly not when they gave no reason to deserve any respect from her in the first place. They were fools, and fools could keep the pretense of order all they wanted: she would live how she liked, in this place where there was nothing for her other than confusion and irritation.
