And who, disguised as... [Open]

There was probably one thing Superman enjoyed and that was returning home every once and awhile. The simple life in Smallville was a great thing to cherish and returning to the Kent farm was something to look forward to.

Even if getting there was as simple as flying in the blink of an eye.

Today was different. This time, getting there was as simple as walking into the Sensoriums. He still couldn't find the farm in the City, but he hoped that it was still there in some capacity. For the moment, though, he opted for the Sensoriums, able to enjoy what he could while he recovered from his injuries he sustained from the Ohm attack.

However, if one were to come in and see him in there, they wouldn't find a man in red and blue, yet a simple, somewhat normal man wearing glasses and regular clothing over his plant suit.

It had been ages since he had just been Clark Kent. It was time to be that way again, even if it didn't matter.

The door to the Sensoriums opened, Kon peeked in and when he saw who he was looking for, he grinned.

"Kal! Kal, look what I got!"

There was barking around his heals and following along behind Kon was a rather beastly looking dog. It looked positively overjoyed as it jumped along at his heels.

"They rescued a bunch of 'em during the attack and didn't have a chance to give 'em back to the Zokezians."

Kon stopped near Kal and the dog ran around in circles around Kon, barking, and falling back on his haunches, trying to urge him to play.

"I need help with a name."

The dog was cautious around Clark, but his gentle movements (and the fact that he and Kon smelled a little similar) eventually led him to lean forward and let Clark pet him. The petting was rewarded by the dog licking his hand.

"It sounds like Ma would kill me when I finally bring him home someday. And Pa would give me the eye."

Kon is one of those firm believers that there's a way to reverse it all. Just try and make him think otherwise.

"And with Krypto, I figured if Krypto shows up, or we fix it all and go home, then Krypto would have a friend."

"Well, he's awful bitey. I've been thinking of just naming him Bitey," Kon laughs. "Simple, but descriptive. And so far, he seems like just an ordinary dog. Hasn't shot any heat rays from his eyes or flown or anything."
