In the Pod Caverns, there were the sounds of: Pop. Pop pop pop. Poppuhpoppoppop. KASCHUNKhiiiiiiiissssss.

There was condensation and mist spraying out from cracks in the pods, as the people inside slid out onto the floors, covered in slime.

Pop. Poppop. KASCHUNKhiiiiiissss.

The sea-weed-like tendrils take hold of Elfangor, lifting him off the ground and quickly set to cleaning him off.

Restraining a creature that easily got claustrophobic was a bad idea. Doing that to a creature that was easily claustrophobic and ALREADY on high alert for some attack? It's just asking for a tail blade.

And that's what Elfangor's instincts told his tail to do, slashing at the tentacles.

As the tentacles were slashed, they were rapidly replaced by others, and the damaged ones quickly grew back. After a few moments of struggling and tail-slashing, Elfangor was returned to the floor and the tendrils withdrew...leaving him de-gooped.
