Destroy everything, connect everything.
Decade leaned against his Machine Decader, recalling the small amount of research he had done into the Blue Ranger.
After seeing the training sessions Mr. Cranston was in, he needs some help. Since we're generally similar in powers and abilities, what works for me should work for him. If not...well, I'm sure this place has excellent safety protocols.
He stretched, waiting for the Blue Ranger to arrive.

He cleared his throat before continuing. "I do agree with your analysis. I tend to, and thus encourage, fighting to one's strengths. You have a great ability to plan and you have a great intelligence. Also, your transformed form has great speed and range."
Hearing what Billy said about Goldar, Decade took a minute to consider his words. "Any enemy can be defeated, regardless of their strength, though. Remember that."

"I'll explain it later, Mr. Cranston." Decade said, trying to dodge the issue.

"Thank you. I've been so single-mindedly focused on the necessity of being able to fight without my powers that I've let them fall into disuse. I'll be more careful to focus on both forms of training from now on, and I definitely want to practice those lance tricks sometime soon."
After a quietly awkward moment, he turned to Kazami and asked "Why doesn't he want to discuss it? Is there a cultural expectation that I'm not aware of?"

Glancing at Kazami once and then back to Tsukasa, he decided some reassurance was in order. "But your tone and phrasing suggests otherwise. I promise that I won't tell anyone else about either of you. To reveal yourselves or not is your choice and no one else's." This part is said with a raised eyebrow at Tsukasa.
"I lived under those rules for most of my career as a Ranger, so I've had some practice with covering for people."
Congratulations, Decade, you've successfully steered the conversation away from the strange phenomenon of Rider Kicks.

And Decade. This is his fault for pushing the idea that Kazami might be something special. Kazami will remember this, Decade, oh yes. Don't be surprised if an eyepatch appears in your future.

"Mr. Cranston...since I think we've reached a good stopping point, I think we'll call it there for now. If you wish to do more training with me, call me and I may be free to help. I do recommend reading some books on short and long range combat, in addition on some on battle strategy. These will help you gather new ideas that you can blend into your existing style."

At the mention of study, he nods. "I will, thank you. I'll call as soon as I'm ready."
After one last appreciative smile, he's headed for the door. Perhaps he's a little wiser and not too much worse for the wear.

It's a very time consuming project, but it keeps him busy and it keeps his mind off of things.

"I agree. He's working himself half to death, Kazami. And no, I don't have anything else I want to run by you right now." He started pushing his Machine Decader toward the entrance, fully intending to start it up when he got to a good position to do so.
