A "Slice" of home [open! Multithreads welcome]
It was a feeling she knew. Vaguely itchy under her skin, feeling like her powers were going to explode and like she needed to go running for a week, and just see where she ended up. Here, she couldn't do what she'd done back home: grab her bag and just leave.
The sensoriums were about as close to that as she could get.
And they were beginning to fail her.
She hated feeling caged. It'd happened to her a bit too often in her life - most spectacularly, with the Skrulls, the Shi'ar and Bastion - for her to be very comfortable with the idea that she just couldn't leave.
So, that left one thing. One thing that would get disapproving looks from pretty much every X-Man ever, and would have Wolverine dragging her by the pigtails to go workout with him.
Yeah, well, Logan wasn't here. So there.
"Alright, Stacy." Jubilee closed her eyes, and allowed the parameters of the exercise to flow from behind her mental shields to the ship.
She knew it was right, when she heard the birds singing in the trees, and the gentle lap of water against the shore - she hoped the safety parameters were in place too. She really didn't want to die. Her hands almost sparked but she pulled them back in.
The area around her made a pang hit her. She missed the Mansion. Seeing the lake and the woods made the ache that much sharper. Even if the woods were different this time.
Somewhere, in these woods, a hunter lurked.
Jubilee headed off into the trees to look for Victor Creed.

"[Hmm,]" he noted absently. He couldn't see the person who had requested it from Stacy, but the simulation seemed rather pleasant. Not necessarily his metaphorical cup of tea, being a city boy, but definitely more pleasing to the senses than Stacy's walls.
He moved further into the room, and then paused again to try and locate it's originator.

She could hear him as she crashed through the undergrowth. As far as she could tell, the safety parameters were in place, but she really didn't want to test them.
Her foot caught on a root and Jubilee crashed back into the open. Her hands scraped against the ground and she forced herself to get back up. Bruises were forming and she was probably going to regret this later.
"Hello girly."
Jubilee gasped as he grabbed her and slammed her back against a tree. His hand tightened on her throat, and then he disappeared, the safety net kicking in. Jubilee collapsed to the ground coughing. She looked up. "Uhh, hi." she gasped out.

'Jubilee' had not been seen since M-Day, but Stacy had already demonstrated how little her crew members' personal timelines applied on board.

"I'm Jubes." She introduced herself, offering a hand as she caught her breath. That had been an awesome workout. She needed more of that.

If it was not a training session, he had no idea what it had been. It seemed a fairly safe bet, though.

"[I am a Young Avenger,]" Jonas explained. "[Before I officially joined that team, I spent a month with very little do to but read through the Avengers' database. The Danger Room was mentioned once or twice by those who had also been X-Men.]"

"I take it you know Creed too?" She jerked her head back at the forest.

"[I have never encountered him myself, but I do know of him,]" he said. "[Again, far too much time spent with the database. He seems to be smellier in person -- or at least in Sensorium production -- than I thought.]"
