Yes, anything that gets the pollen to the pistils, write it on the list [closed to BG, forwarddated]

Resuming training had been as natural as breathing, and Sheeana was glad of it. Her students had gotten a chance to practice some of what they knew on the Nightmare King's minions, and now was a time for refining that knowledge down, separating wheat from ghafla again, ever finer.

Working around all their various bruises hadn't been too difficult either, and the purity of motion had cleared away the prickly fog of stress around her mind. It was with a little bit of reluctance that she had them sit on the purple grass for what they thought would be the mental portion of today's training.

"We will discuss The Dialectic tomorrow. Today..." She picked a folder from the ground, passed printouts, handwritten notes and books to them. "...we will be discussing a different application for your physical skills. I have a feeling this will be useful to you both, with the Avatar awake and the looks one of us got at the last dance."

Hopefully they wouldn't faint from embarrassment after she winked at them.

Tess has ventured out of her suit for the first time in at least a week, after getting a hesitant but repeat confirmation from its systems that her healing process is mostly stable. The strange scab-thing has sealed into a seamless, rubbery black coating across one side of her face, giving an effect vaguely like a third cut out of a masquerade mask. She's in those overalls again, though the cloth hides the slim diagnostic unit taped to her side. The plain black choker necklace she's wearing is more obvious, though.

She hasn't been able to work at nearly full capacity, but it's clear she's judging everything on a case-by-case basis as she goes through with it, respectfully easing out of many of the more intense motions. It's a reflection of the strange way of self-recognition she has—so lacking in the proper intuitive understanding of herself, but with a capacity for rational analysis that more than makes up for it in some ways while completely missing the point in others.

She peeks through the printouts and notes, glancing over them at Sheeana to hide her expression.

Katara was psyched to begin her lessons again. With all that time spent with Aang and NOT doing things, she was more than anxious to get all that pent up energy out in practice. The cuts and stings were a trifle compared to Aang getting shot, so her usual effort was redouble this time to show she could keep up.

Then, these handouts came. Katara was a bit confused: why wasn't Sheeana talking like usual? She shrugged, opening the folder. She blinked a moment, then felt her skin go very, very hot.

There was NO way anyone would have pinpointed the face Katara made, but she was sure both Tess and Sheeana would do their best to recount it. She calmly placed the pictures back in the folder and pushed them toward Sheeana.

"Um, w-what prompted this sudden interest, Sheeana?" Katara said, trying not to look ratted out.

"I already know the basics, m'self," Tess says, having composed herself again enough to shift back into her 'generically cheerful' mode. She'd be stretching if she said much more, though. Tess' ability to play the part has always exceeded her actual experience with it. And she's the product of an educational system that brings the rudimentary training of basic mentats to mind, if not nearly so thoroughly.

And the mention of 'the Avatar'... her gaze drifts over to Katara.

The gazes in her direction cause her to blush so badly that its criminal.

"Sheeana, we aren't going to do that okay? Aang and I decided that we were going to wait until the situation was right! We'll just wait until we decide that..."

She paused, than sighed, taking the folder. "But this is probably a good idea, I guess."

The words were just for the situation: Katara would memorize everything, though eventually she might think otherwise one day.

"We are....a little more intimate than we were once, after all."

Tess stays quite attentive despite the embarrassing subject matter. Of course, given the way she tends to jump into new things headfirst, she may be paying such attention because it's an embarrassing subject.

Katara opened her mouth to say NO, we won't but she knew better. If she was that confident, they wouldn't have been dumped into the cold water by Stacy in the first place, so instead Katara pouts and gives a halfhearted glare.

Now for the lesson, Katara was starting to get a much more thorough talking to about what she and Aang had stumbled into. At first the embarrassment thing happened: Katara just didn't feel comfortable doing this, it was strange and something she knew Sokka would NOT want her to see...

But then, as quickly as it came, that feeling left. After all, there were techniques, and that was like dancing and martial arts as well as being close to the person you cared about the most. NOW Katara was taking all of the things to heart, her mind already mapping out what sort of placing her body would have to be for that to work. She was starting to feel comfortable enough now that it wasn't taboo anymore.
