You've had the good fortune to be scooped up and now you need to regroup and get ready to take on the Nightmare King himself. Time to reorganize and gear up as best you can with what you've got. The Nightmare King isn't going to wait for you.

She actually laughed at that, shaking her head a little at the idea.

"I'm not really sure if me running around in spandex would be helpful in this situation." She couldn't really say she'd never run around in spandex, because really, that had kind of been what she'd worn in Raccoon City, under her jean shorts. "I have a feeling I'd get in trouble for being distracting."

Yes, he remembers that outfit well.

"Probably. Of course, if you did, that would mean that when this is all over, you'd have to spend a lot of time with the Chief of Security."

"Oh, really," she smirked, reaching up so she could idly smooth her fingers over his shoulder, glancing away from his face to track the movement. "That doesn't really sound like a punishment to me."

He leaned his head forward a little to speak quietly into her ear, "And what if there was spanking involved?"

This was really the wrong time and wrong place to be having this conversation, but he didn't care at the moment. At all.

Claire had to bite down on her lip to keep from laughing, a wide smile spreading across her face despite her better attempts to contain it. It was probably inappropriate with everyone else sobering up and preparing to fight, but she didn't much care, either. She'd never really been a fan of facing down terror with absolutely no humor, anyway.

After a second she tilted her head a little so she could look at Leon out of the corner of her eye, smirked and keeping her voice low replied, "I could be down with that."
