Not very young, Dean was in his early thirties, and soulwise he was even older from his stint in hell.

He just nodded after his talk with Castiel, "Yeah, we're good here. Just another damn nightmare."

"Good. C'mon, we have to get down to the city. People will probably be needing our help." Sokka was calm (well not exactly calm) but he was direct, to the point, and firm in his orders. There were things needed doing.
