Meet and Greet Part Deux: The Socialing

The new people will find themselves ushered out of Obs Deck, so it can be shot down to the planet again, to pick the crew up. Eventually, the crew members on the mission are brought back up, and the doors open to let the two groups meet.

The newbies are likely not expecting their new crew-mates to come back bearing presents--which some of them are.

[ooc: This time anyone can post in. REMEMBER TO TAG OTHER PEOPLE, THO. This is set after the mission so mission peoples can meet the newbies. Latecomer newbies, if you want, you can just tag your guys into this one to make things easier.]

"You do, too? Wow...!" Vivio said, a bit surprised. "What kind do you use? Belkan? Mid-Childian? I use a combination of both, but Belkan's my primary one!"

Matt chuckled and replied, "Well, if it were to be given a name? It'd say it would be Kandrakarian."

Holding up his hand, the empty heart appeared and swirled with pink magic. "This is my magic, Quintessence, the life energy."

"Wow... that's so cool!" Vivio said, amazed. "I do know some magic, but I'm mostly into Strike Arts. Um... think that would be more or less fighting..."

"Strike arts? Like hand to hand fighting?" inquired Matt, clearly interested in the strength of this young daughter of Nanoha. "Augmented by spells or no?"

"Sometimes they're augmented, but they're all my own strength." Vivio replied.

"Interesting," said Matt, grinning widely. "You must enjoy it to be fairly skilled. I can tell in your walk."

"Really?" Vivio said, shocked. "You can tell just by that?"

Matt nodded, thumping his chest lightly. "I don't look it, but I'm pretty good at hand to hand too. I'm a captain of a guard back home."

"Wow... you're a pretty important person, then!" Vivio said. She took a thoughtful pose. "If Nanoha-mama would let me, you think you could teach me a few things?"

"I don't see why not," replied Matt, thinking of the usual Meridianite training sessions. "I could probably show you a few pointers, spar, and introduce you to the most feared nemesis in any knight's training."
