Shawn had been stuck under the forcefield for who knows how long. He hadn't eaten in hours, and he was almost at his breaking point.
"I've got a lovely bunch of pineapples. Here they are a-standing in a row. Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head..."
Correction. He had already reached it.

When low and behold, there was a strapping young man caught in a terrible trap, singing, badly.
"What are you doing?" Placing her hand on her lips, her face read both intrigued and puzzled.

Crazy. That was something Alia was familiar with.
"You must have been in there quite some time." It was a statement not a question.
"What are 'Pineapples'?" Alia crossed her hand over her chest and smiled prettily. She herself had been in the same trap not to long ago. Surely she must save this handsome young man, as it was done for her.
Ah this ship was filled with man of them, handsome young men that is.

"Interesting." Alia couldn't help but be amused a little. "I've never heard of such thing. But perhaps it would be better to get you out of here before you enlighten me on any more of your home's foodstuffs."
Then she laughed softly, a melodic sort of laugh, one she had learned from the Bene Gesserits with in her.
"Or should I leave you to sing further?"
