Shawn had been stuck under the forcefield for who knows how long. He hadn't eaten in hours, and he was almost at his breaking point.

"I've got a lovely bunch of pineapples. Here they are a-standing in a row. Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head..."

Correction. He had already reached it.

Then have some more mind buggery, Shawn.

"What ARE you singing?" The little demon girl asked, intrigued. She appeared out of nowhere.

"That's odd," Alessa said. "How long have you been stuck here?"

[identity profile] demon-alessa.livejournal.com 2009-12-17 05:39 am (UTC)(link)
Alessa blinked. What an odd, strange little man.

"You lack the concept of time?"

[identity profile] demon-alessa.livejournal.com 2009-12-18 12:27 pm (UTC)(link)
"Being here for that long of an amount of time doesn't mean you can't find a way," Alessa replied. "I'm told even the earliest humans found a way to measure time intervals. But if you do not believe time to be of that much value, will it matter if you stay here longer?"

Now she was just teasing, in her own creepy way.

Wow, this was pointless. This was the most fruitless conversation she'd ever had. The man seemed to only answer in one sentence, as if it was enough to accurate tell someone anything. That was more than frustrating, and he didn't seem to have any personality as far as who he was, and hadn't even questioned what she was either. She sighed.

"Why would you think you were going crazy?"

[identity profile] demon-alessa.livejournal.com 2009-12-20 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
This Alessa didn't understand.

"What does my appearence have to do with maize?"

[identity profile] demon-alessa.livejournal.com 2009-12-20 12:42 am (UTC)(link)
Alessa pinched his arm-hard. "Is that enough to lessen that frame of thought? Now explain the corn comment, and how I resemble its children."

[identity profile] demon-alessa.livejournal.com 2009-12-21 10:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Alessa smiled. "Well that would certainly be wrong then. I would more likely be the one that either rallied up the children to begin with, or at least be the monster they were worshipping in the first place. Call a spade a spade."

Well. That really was actually very funny. So funny in fact that Alesa passed through the forcefield and gave Shawn a kiss on the cheek.

"You can start running now if you feel its necessary."

Alia had been simply walking, anything to keep her mind from tumbling off into oblivion.
When low and behold, there was a strapping young man caught in a terrible trap, singing, badly.
"What are you doing?" Placing her hand on her lips, her face read both intrigued and puzzled.

Crazy. That was something Alia was familiar with.

"You must have been in there quite some time." It was a statement not a question.

"What are 'Pineapples'?" Alia crossed her hand over her chest and smiled prettily. She herself had been in the same trap not to long ago. Surely she must save this handsome young man, as it was done for her.

Ah this ship was filled with man of them, handsome young men that is.

"Interesting." Alia couldn't help but be amused a little. "I've never heard of such thing. But perhaps it would be better to get you out of here before you enlighten me on any more of your home's foodstuffs."

Then she laughed softly, a melodic sort of laugh, one she had learned from the Bene Gesserits with in her.

"Or should I leave you to sing further?"
