Lone Pokemon seeks Smasher Buddies [OPEN]

"Piiiikaaaaa!" Pikachu called out, glancing around. The pod caverns were huge, and he didn't quite understand how they worked. Actually, he didn't understand how they worked at all, but he was rather limited in options. Stacy took him. Stacy took other Smashers too, right? It made sense. She wouldn't just have left everyone else to ... die. Pikachu ignored the growing lump in his throat, wandering the caverns aimlessly.



"Piiiikaaaachuuu!" He wasn't using his power at all, only shouting, hoping someone would hear. Someone ... Samus, Captain Falcon, Donkey Kong. His friends had to hear him. They had to answer. His friends wouldn't leave him all alone.



"Pika?"

Samus' Pikachu senses were tingling Samus spent a lot of time wandering, even down in the pod caverns. It was always quiet down there, a little creepy, but quiet nonetheless. Except for... right now actually. Someone was down there and was making quite the ruckus. The sound was too faint to make out from the entrance, but Samus quickly moved deeper in to investigate.

What she did hear when she got close enough alarmed her. She called out after it, "Pikachu?! Pikachu!"

She was looking for him.

Seeing one of his new friends on the ship, especially one that for all intents and purposes Was one of his old friends, broke the dam. Welling up, Pikachu ran to Samus as fast as his little legs would carry him (which was actually quite fast) and leaped up at her. The tears wouldn't stop flowing now, but he didn't care.

"P-pikaaaa!" The next several sounds to come out of the basketball-sized pokemon were choked sobs, sniffles and cries. It sounded like he'd be at it for a while.

Catch! Samus cradled the Pokemon in her arms, dematerializing her armor for the moment to be a bit more... comforting. She knew why he was down her; he was looking for any remnants of his old world.

"Shhh..." She was trying to be comforting in between Pikachu's sobs. She wouldn't rush him to stop. She understood.
