So this is the meatship
Tora Olafsdotter was new to the ship and it's people but she made finding her way around a top priority. She wandered the streets and began to familiarize herself with the twists and turns of this odd cityship. It was not completely unlike the Watchtower really, there were similarities.
Gently Tora's fingers ran over the living walls of the ship, if she tried hard enough she could feel the life in them, feel all around her that the ship was a living being as much as a technological entity. Such was common for those connected to nature, and being essentially a spirit of nature herself that was innate in her.
Her wanderings lead her down through the tall buildings to where things grew open, a wide space as Arha had told her there would be. Moving to the center of this open square Tora took the chance to center herself as well. Her eyes slid closed and her hands drifted up from her sides, fingers uncurling to free her upward facing palms. She thought of home, her real home, her family and all those who she now knew to be lost. So many she would miss, so much unnecessary death, yet there was hope.
In everything there was at least the smallest ray of hope, and that was what Tora focused on. She had lived through a crisis before, and now she was needed to aid in helping others put things in many universes to right. Hope was a powerful thing, and hope was the shining force behind the gentle fall of clean white snow that fell around her, covering the entire open area in a slowly deepening blanket of fluffy white powder.

"Cool powers!" Sonic had decided to see what was up with the sudden drop in temp in the area, but he really hadn't expected some human girl to be making snow fall. It was pretty cool, and Sonic fully intended the pun he made as he spoke to Tora, leaning on top of a snowman in the shape of a Chao.
"What else can you do?"
no subject
"Well I could do far more than this, and I can create ice, or a blizzard if I liked, or fly." To be honest she'd never tested the upper end of her powers, there ight be a good deal more than that even.

"When Mammoth Mogul became a god and started wiping out realities, me, Knux and Tails all put the stop to his plans and restored all the lost realities to boot. It's part o' that whole 'hero' thing. Sonic Prime and all that."

"No worries!" Sonic said. "We've got, what, only the collection of the most epic and legendary heroes from around the multiverse gathered up in this thing? The Ohm are probably runnin' scared, knowing we're waking up more and more every month."
no subject
Surely with such resources they would be able to sop if not reverse the Ohm's plans.

That thing with the black with red stripes? Yeah that got a blank look.

But there was and he didn't notice until he was among it and standing out because he was in black, but the snow was, of course, white and had a light coating of white on everything he had been blending in with.
It was how he naturally moved around.
"Hey, what's with the sudden white out?" He asked aloud, looking around and focusing on Tora as she seemed to be the only one there who might be the cause or know the cause.

Ninja skills meet snow; your new nemesis.

Snow also gained Nostalgia points, hard to beat that.

So when he stepped into the city center to see it covered in snow he couldn't help but sighing. So much for being alone. Then again with all the people around he was bound to run into at least one person. He didn't want to disturb the snow on the ground so Billy started to float up into the air, flying over it so he could see the beauty of it. Something that he was sure he'd never see again.
"This is incredible." He floated towards the woman that he saw standing in the center of the snow. He'd never seen her before, so he was sure she was new to the ship and from one of the many other universes.

She offered a small sort of shrug with her smile. Not trying to do more than offer some serenity, some peace and beauty in the aftermath of hearing so many were lost.
"I'm Tora."
no subject
"I'm Billy." He held out his hand to her and smiled.
no subject
"Very nice to meet you Billy." She smiled and clasped his hand in a gentle grip, her skin just the slightest bit cool and soft as the snow around them.
