Tim does a double-take at the sight of a little... Robin? Seriously? He checks out the costume curiously (what's present of it, anyway). It's a little like his, with the two-color cape and the green mask, though the spikey things at the edge of it remind him of Nightwing's more than his. The belt is different, though, and so is the shape of the cape. And what's with the hood?
