 Slobo had been puttering around the ship for an hour, thinking and looking. He quickly found that if you looked hard enough, between W&P and the City itself, you could find anything. In the end, he was standing outside a Courtyard by Marriott hotel about a click outside of "Escherville" with spraypaint and a very large block of stone. At first he had thought about the Vatican, but it was too wrecked from the zombie fight. Plus, this place had an indoor pool. He spraypainted a large message on the wall next to the door, red with black outline.

FIELD TRAINING

PEER COUNSELING" 

 

On the sandwich board tucked near the door, he wrote "12-21? Info and Tryouts inside" and left it out in front. Now, he took his large rock into the lobby and began carving. And waited.

Slobo looked back at her and grinned.

"Yep, pool. Door's locked right now, but feel free ta break it. Looks like no one ever turned off the heat or filter. Hell, all the lights were on when I got here. I'm hopin' Stacy doesn't charge fer electric."

"Great. I'm gonna go take a look at the pool, I'll grab a room later if that's cool. Maybe we can swipe some steaks and brews and do a Welcome Misfits barbecue."

Yeah she was completely serious about that too, the white haired girl shouldered her bag again and headed off toward the sign that read 'Indoor Pool, guest use only' Yeah, this had the potential to be pretty sweet. She was smiling when she turned and called back to the Czarnian. "Hey, stop by if you get bored with your overgrown pet rock. Clothing optional."

In the moment after that sentence, Slobo made a quick decision. Starting a superteam was the greatest thing he had ever done in his life, and he was SO not giving this up.

"Uh... Yeah, once I bring Shocky up ta speed..." He said.

Seriously. Batman himself would have to pry this team from his cold, dead hands.
