Then there was the guy who made the metal suit when B-man was out of commision for awhile," he started keeping track on his fingers, "Then there was Tim as Batman when he came from the future, Jason Todd took the mantle when BM died, then Nightwing took it from him because he's a psycho, there's that Batman who was supposedly from another earth that killed people with guns (which I always thought was BM's big no-go, but hey, he used one on Darkseid, so I guess I'm an idiot), and then there's you. Seven bats. None operating at the same time, of course. That'd kill the whole 'urban legend' thing he has going on." He took a deep breath, realizing he'd just sped through that whole thing.

There was something about this Batman that was different than the others; something...approachable. "You know, you don't really look like a Batman. Do you, like, wear a different mask or something?"
