Newbie Meet N' Greet

Meet n' Greet, smell my feet, gimme something good to eat! Unfortunately, the newbie meet and greet takes place the same time the command staff is congregating, so they might be a little late to the party.

But the crew is there to welcome the newcomers and explain their situation. At the end of the milling and spilling about, the command staff is going to start a general meeting to apprise everyone of their situation and discuss their next course of action:

Getting off the damn ship.

"I know a couple of Jedi that wouldn't appreciate that comparison." Mara smiled a bit, thinking of some uptight Jedi that wouldn't like to be compared with someone like her. She was too quick to shoot, while they still wanted to talk. "Do you know a lot of Jedi?"

"Oh?" She filed that information away for further reference. Perhaps she was their equivalent of a wild Reverend Mother...

"There are two masters on board here and two padhawans."

"I think I know which ones you're talking about." Mara had to admit that it was a relief to know at least one person in this place. And now she knew where she had seen eyes like those before. "You must be from the same world as Arha."

Blue within blue eyes looked pleased. "Perceptive." She bowed so the top of her patched up cloak momentarily dropped over them. "I am Sheeana, Reverend Mother Superior of the Bene Gesserit."

"Mara Jade. No real titles to go with it." When she was younger the smuggler has used her powerful title, but now she carried her power by remaining anonymous.

"Oh? Luq Skaiwaqer has mentioned you in passing." She was eager, in fact, to see what their reunion would bring (though there was a shard of reflected pain from Arha, knowing this was the woman who came between her and Luq while not even being present).

"I'm starting to think Skywalker has a big mouth." It was unnerving that all of these strangers seemed to know who she was already. The next natural question was what Luke had been telling them. "What rumors has he started before I even got here?"
