On the meatship, the security crew investigtes crimes. These are their stories. DUNDUN [Closed]
Robert had taken it upon himself to gather and check over the physical evidence at the jailbreak. It infuriated him, really, that someone would be so callous and selfish as to flaunt the (albeit crude) justice system they had in place aboard Stacy. There were rules, and rules had to be followed. Even if you didn't like what happened. He knew there were a few cases where the creep had gotten off, and he hadn't liked it any better then anybody else, but you didn't go out and try to kill the guy because the system failed. It was just wrong. And why you would do so was a mystery to the former police officer.
He paused outside Leon's office to check on the information he had with him, flipping through the files on his omnicomm (locked of course) to insure that he had everything. Leon was a good guy to run the ship's security, Robert thought. Good head on his shoulders and seemed to know what he was doing in regards to police work and keeping the peace. He raised a hand and knocked quietly on the door before stepping inside.
"Leon, hi. Just got done organizing all the the evidence we found down in the cells. Thought you might wanna take a look at it."

"What did you find?"

"Why a woman?" He pressed a few buttons on the omnicomm and turned it to face Leon, showing him the footage they'd recovered. A woman, her face covered and carrying a knife hurries over to the camera before the footage cuts off. Unfortunately, it's a bit fuzzy and nothing is definitive about her.

Something that gave them a start. "What else do you have?"

"It was made with chemicals that got stolen from the lab, which is a big lead. Whoever did this had access to the lab and the ability to get these things out without being noticed. We also found some oil residue on and in the camera. Might be from something you'd use on leather. Smells kinda like the stuff we used in the army, anyway. Probably for the knife's hilt."

"We can't let them just bust this guy out and murder a...um...slug. Especially if it's been convicted and sentenced, but allowed to live." That sounded weird.

Leon understood; It all sounded weird to him too. But they had a job to do.
"I want you to head down to the lab, and have Samus meet you on the way. Update her, then start talking to engineering crew, preferably Billy and Allen first. They should be able to give you a list of who's there the most often."
