Bight's expression took a solemn turn, "The cause of the catastrophe hailed from far beyond your world, beyond your very universe, or reality, there are very few individuals who could predict or foresee such a manner of threat,"

His expression regained its innate confidence seamlessly as she introduced herself in turn, "A pleasure to meet you Ginia Rosentia," He dipped his head everso slightly at that before going on, answering her second question first, "The Lord-city of Sanction is located on the continent of Ansalon, of the world of Krynn,"

Giving her a moment to process the fact that he was from another world before he answered her first question, "It is a term that was given to those dragons who held considerable power, I am one of them, Sanction was my domain," He stopped there for the moment to let that sink in, after all each person reacted differently to being told that one was a dragon.

There's a long moment of quiet from Ginia as she thinks this over.

"Other...worlds. Not just another plane, but another set of planes...?" Her eyes dart back and forth a bit, as her mind tries to wrap around it. It's not getting a good grip, though.

And then on top of that, Bight tells of his nature, which gets a puzzled look from her. "...now I know you're pulling my leg. Do you think I'm blind?"

Bight watched her with quiet regard as she took it all in, nodding his head as she spoke, "Indeed, it can be prove a difficult concept to take in at first can't it?" He commented lightly.

That drew an amused look from the councilor, "Oh? I would assume that what dragons your world has do not have the ability to take other shapes. I find this form to make communication a good deal simpler with the crew," He commented before giving a chuckle, "Or would you rather I prove it, fortunate that the observation deck is so large," He offered before commenting almost off hand as he glanced to the room at large and to make sure there weren't too many people in close proximity.
