The room doesn't seem to real to Vala, when she opens her eyes and looks around taking in the girl everything seems to shift in a dizzying haze making her feel nauseous. Her stomach wrenches and she looks like she's about to vomit as her head instinctively rises with the spasm her stomach induces. She flops back onto the bed weakly however, her body's trying to rid itself of the poison but failing.

"I see I'm in safe hands," she manages to say, even her sarcasm doesn't quite come across in her weakened state.
