"No wonder it itched." He was just as keen to get the suit off. It was just as well it wasn't hard to take off, but he did make sure his samples were safe - it would be no use spilling those all over the floor. Now he wished he'd worn something under this plant suit, but it was a plant suit the same as the other, so the only other thing he had on was a pair of underpants. He was glad he was at least wearing that, but he wasn't in a position to be modest.

Once the suit was in a pile on the floor he bent over it, trying to see if there was anything obvious. But whatever was eating through it was too small to see. He was scratching his arm again and made himself stop. His arm was red where he'd been scratching and the redness was spreading. "I need a shower. And a microscope." At least the bathrooms weren't too far away. "You should probably take yours off too." They had been in the same place and might have picked up the same contamination.
