Vala couldn't scrabble away quick enough as the Jaffa's head crushed in on itself from inside the helmet. Pulling a bruised and already swollen leg from under him with some difficulty where he'd fallen on top of her. The sounds that came from within were sickening, even after what she'd witnessed during the past week.

There was no wretching this time though, simply a desire to distance herself as quickly as possible.

"You know a simple detention system or giving out lines might be something to consider," she said camoflaging the gravity of the situation with her usual sarcasm even as she watched the pool of blood collect underneath the Jaffa.
