The Jaffa didn't allow her too much time. When they felt she was cleaned and suitably ready for their Lord, they led her away. For a long time, they climbed, before finally coming out into a corridor and a set of solid doors.
Several more Jaffa line the last tunnel, helmets following this lone prisoner, eyes cold and metal. The Jaffa indicated she step through the open door, then, muscles straining, the two pulled it shut. The last thing she saw was her two jailers taking their place with the other Jaffa. She was left inside a room with only one exit. The metal and stone closed with a soft thump. It sounded too heavy for a normal human to move by themselves.
The chamber was smaller than the throne room. Fireflies drifted in from somewhere small, or maybe made their nest, several hovering around the ceiling like living stars. The sound of water and steam filled the room, along with the scent of something sweet and smoky. Some strange incense maybe. There were several servants standing around the edges of the room or moving as quietly as possible.
Taking up the back of the room was a large pool of water. It only had one occupant. From the door, Vala might see only Daniel's chest and shoulders, eyes closed and neck craned back against the stone's edge as he relaxed. He didn't open his eyes or appear to notice she was there.
