It was a nice, fluffy planet with a nice, fluffy name. Bound to be as nice as Happy Happy Fun World, right?

"Here's the crash course!" Daydreamer yelled, waving her hand to conjure a sharp red cloud of irritation and confusion. It flew straight at the horde approaching them, buying the group just a little more time.

"You're Diamond," she said to Remus. "Your strength's in your...well, your diamonds, where else would it be? You have a diamond stick, right? Raise it up and use the tip like a flashlight. It will dazzle them. Then, hit!"

She happened to see Doc's attack out of the corner of her eye and let out a whistle. "Well done, Florale!"

Zouichi's fingers were loosely interlaced as he held them over his breast, head slightly bowed as if in mourning. As he looked up through long, dark lashes, a single tear fell to the earth. "This heart of mine, it cries out in sorrow..."

His breath was suddenly visible in the air as the temperature around him dropped; beneath his feet, frostwork spread out along the ground in a delicate web. "Its elegant brilliance tells me to grasp victory!"

As one of the monsters rushed toward him, he performed a picture-perfect pirouette before splaying one hand out before him as if to stop the creature, one slender arm extended for balance. "Purity Freeze Ray!"

A brilliant silver-blue beam of frigid power speared through the air, striking the monster squarely in the chest and freezing him instantly in place. As Zouichi's tear struck the ground, audibly shattering, the creature did the same -- it shivered itself apart, exploding into a million tiny slivers of arctic ice that rained down from midair.

Starfire smiled. The others were doing well! She just needed to find her own talent. Looking down over the necklace over her dress, she thought...and the answer came to her.

"This gift of love is brought to you!" she grinned, whipping the lasso in her hand. It formed into a heart shape in the air before lashing out, wrapping around one of the tentacles.

Using it as leverage, she leapt up and raced along, leaping forth to wrap her arms around the creature's head. The rings she now wore started to glow with pink light, encasing her captive.

But it was hard to hang on! Her ability would need some time to work, and the critter was slapping and stinging her with his other tentacles.

"Join with us, in the name of goodness!" The pink light slowly spread down to the tips of the tentacles, and when it was done, the attacks from this giant creature stopped. Instead, it whipped its tentacles around and wrapped Starfire in a hug.

"Hello, little creature!" Not that it was little, not by a long shot.

"I am out of my element," the wizard grumbled, as he lifted what had been a wand a moment before to point it at the creature. Hopefully a 'flashlight' was much like a light spell.

He meant to say 'Lumos Maxima', but what in fact came out of his mouth was, "Diamond Surprise! Radiant Gem Magnificence!" Abruptly his entire costume seemed to twinkle and glow like a thousand gems reflecting a shaft of sunlight. Two balls of light rose up around him, then spun around his arm down past his wand playfully. With an ethereal giggle, they shot forwards to slam the creature's eyes with a much harder hit than intangible light ought to be able to muster, then flared up beautifully.

Clef hesitated to transform, hiding out near the back of the group until he fully understood what was going on. After the last couple of missions, he had decided to proceed with caution - especially since he wasn't quite sure he trusted Agent Daydreamer. When he thought he understood at least the basic theme here, he closed his hand over his jewel like the others and screamed the first spell that came into his head.

"SUNDAAAAANCE!"

The effect was immediate and strangely trance-like. How had he come to wear light blue nail polish? Where did this dress come from? At least he wasn't wearing nine-inch heels this time, but practical and age-appropriate light grey mary-janes.

A microphone appeared out of nowhere and twirled in his hand before the effect wore off and he was left striking a ridiculous pose. How did that happen? More importantly, what were his abilities now?

Music... Clearly he had some sort of music-related power, and what did music do? It could inspire people, or calm them down.

He decided not to inspire the monsters.

"Lavender Lullabye!" he shouted, and then... he started to sing. Actually very well! His natural singing voice was apparently enhanced by the magical microphone he was holding. Monsters nearby began to appear drowsy and weak.

Huh. This weird sphere had a ring around it in seven colors, and each color seemed to act as a button...

And then along comes the baddies again, along with a gloating woman. Shoutarou flicks his wrist right quick, then points toward her, and in the general direction of the Pain Posse. "We're here to crash your party!" The red button on the sphere is clicked. "Now, count up your sins!" He thrusts the hand with the orb forward, firing a red beam of light at several creatures, inflicting feelings of embarrassment and shame upon them.
