It was a nice, fluffy planet with a nice, fluffy name. Bound to be as nice as Happy Happy Fun World, right?

Congratulations, crew, you're taking a trip to Sweetdream Paradise! Is it a blessing or a curse?

Starfire read over the screen with a faint frown. She'd been so busy lately that she'd hardly had time to talk to people, and now she was being shipped off again? The others gathered on the deck were largely new to her, but this might just be an opportunity to meet them!

"Threats? This is not a paradise anymore?" If it ever was. Oh well---they were launching into battle uninformed. She would survive.

"So it would appear," Zouichi said, frowning slightly. "At least this time we're getting a head's up about the 'threat'. Are you worried?"

"Frankly, I'm suspicious based on the name..." Seriously, who names a planet 'Sweetdream Paradise'?

"On the other hand, 'Happy Happy Fun World' didn't turn out bad, and there's at least a known possibility of danger."

Zouichi raised a hand in greeting. "Haven't seen you in a while. Oh, I'm sure this planet will be filled with harmless kittens we have to rescue from being tickled."

Shoutarou waves back, and chuckles. "That, I could handle no problem."

"I am," she whispered. "I am always worried. This war is serious, and we have lost. But I know that I can only fight as hard as I can."

Zouichi wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do, but he put a tentative hand on her shoulder. That was reassuring, right? "That's all any of us can do. Whatever's over there, we'll all face it together."

"Yes," Starfire smiled, briefly brushing her hand over his. Yes, it was the right move. "Thank you, Zouichi. I am glad that we will fight together again."

Really, it sounded like something out of a little girl's cartoon, to say the absolute least.

"It could have been a vacation area?" Starfire wondered. "At one time it may have been a peaceful place."

Sayaka shrugged. "I guess. That makes as much sense as anything else I could think of," she said. "Anyway, I don't think I've met you before. My name's Sayaka."

A highly-puzzled Remus Lupin looked at the display with some concern. Forgive him his alarm, but the last time he was called to service had been Lirath.

"My friend! It has been a while! And how fortuitous to find you here with me! Your tea plants are doing well," Alastirra chattered, as she beamed down at the shorter human.

"You do not look happy. Is something wrong?"

"Merely recalling the last time I left the ship on a mission," he said with a game attempt at a wry smile.

"Ah, but surely it cannot be that bad, can it? I must admit that it will feel good to have solid ground beneath my hooves again."

The Farseer frowned a little at that.

"I do hope that I do not trouble any of the locals." She forgot that on occasion people mistook her for a demon.

"Remus," Starfire greeted, undeterred. "It has been a very long time! Are you well?"

"Well enough. There's little to trouble me aboard the ship." And he meant that. There were times, very rare moments but real ones, where he occasionally forgot he was a werewolf.

"I am very glad to hear that," she smiled at him. "My life has been peaceful as well, but no longer. There will be trouble on this planet," she predicted. "Are you prepared?"

Well Jiraiya at least liked the name. Sweetdream Paradise sounded like a pretty girl heaven, all things considered. He was on the side, standing and waiting to see how this traveling to a planet went.

Doc was not far from him staring down the mission briefing with some degree of hesitation.

"PINK sky? Is their water pink too? ... does anyone else feel like they're about to go play Barbie Horse Adventure?"

"What's Barbie's Horse Adventure exactly? Is this a book of some kind?" Jiraiya asked him, stroking his chin.

"It's a really badly designed game about fashion and animals made for little girls. Basically everything is pink and cutesy and very... odd."

Doc sighed. "I probably shouldn't complain, this sounds a lot less diplomatic and morally grey than the last mission I went on."

"Or perhaps something from one of those odd cartoons..." Hawkmon noted.

"...are you implying something?" she asked her partner.

"Of course not."
