Red Robin, while focused primarily on his training, paying careful attention to his staff weapon, was not so wrapped up as to not notice that approach and arrival of another person. He was sensitive to the movements around him, and he felt, after only a moment, the presence of someone else in the area. It wasn't like they were hiding themselves either.

For a moment, he was silent, not giving away the notice, but it seemed to not be a problem, and he finally spared a subtle glance over-- to see Billy, the head of one of his frequented departments. He nearly smirked a little, when he saw what the apparent purpose of his being there was, and his curiosity rose.

"Planning on training?" Tim asked suddenly, without really breaking his own movements.
