"Aye, well, the vest's not so bad," replies Jamie, pausing in his fiddling with the goggles to take a look at Daniel as he was outfitted. "Although the goggles could be a wee bit of a problem for ye. I suppose ye can always wear them on the hat, though."
He's not entirely sure he cares for that part of the outfit, himself. It seems like it's something that's more suited for someone like the Doctor, and he can bet that the Time Lord'll be thrilled to get one. The vest, on the other hand...despite that 'not so bad' comment of his, he rather likes it. Maybe it's because the black with the silver reminds him a bit of the argyle jacket he got on XaXing, but in his opinion, it goes well with his kilt.
Following Daniel's glance, he finds himself watching her for a moment as well, and he hides a bit of a small smile at the reaction. Instead, he adds, a touch dryly, "Ye could go over and introduce yourself, ye know."
