Cedric had been about to assure Atom that it was quite all right and that he could walk when he felt arms encircle him. He was really determined, wasn't he?

"Where---oh," Cedric scrambled to find a hold, but he was quite relieved when he did. This might just be all right. He could almost feel the ground vibrating under his feet, the way he sometimes felt right before takeoff. In those moments, he knew the exhilaration and freedom that was waiting for him up there.
