Cedric spared a little smile for him. He was earnest and wanting to help---he liked that in a person. Nodding his consent, he took a seat on the grass and started in.
"That's so kind of you...sorry, can I have your name? I'm Cedric, it's good to meet you."

"But I'm not sure anyone can help. I'm wondering what's happening to us after the war. If we're going to go back to where we were in time. Because if we do...well, I'm going to die."
