"I guess that could work," Maxine replied. "I mean when you spend enough time with someone you tend to learn to understand them and sometimes even think like them more, right? At least, I know it's supposed to work kind of like that. Plus, people tend to hang out with like-minded people."

She hesitates for just a moment, before she reaches her hand up for that highfive. "Um, okay. I could probably join you guys sometime, if you don't mind me crashing or something. I mean I wouldn't want to be a bother or anything, and I understand it's not really any fun to be hanging out with someone you don't want to much. Though usually when I listen to music and stuff, I listen to musicals, because that's kind of my thing. But all music is nice!"
