He points over to where there the makeshift Jacobite artillery has been set up, allowing her to see that the Jacobite army had guns of its own as well. They just hadn't turned out to be particularly effective that day.

"But aye, there were those that were in charge...although not with any special abilities like that one ye have. Ye had cavalry and infantry troops as well, so I'd say it's not so different after all. There's just no rockets and lasers and the like."
