Chell continued to stare at Lash in disbelief, but she could not deny that she wanted this scene of carnage gone and she wanted it gone quickly. This mountainous terrain was not very conducive to playing with portals, but that was the magic of the Sensoriums after all.

Staring out into the expanse of battlefield, she willed the scenery to change, and change it did--rocky crags and jagged cliffs giving way to the white, sterile walls of a test chamber.

No puzzles to solve, of course. As gifted as she was at barreling through them, creating them herself was a bit of a challenge. Instead, she envisioned a playground of excursion funnels and aerial faith plates, of panels and platforms.

Play with portals, indeed.
