"Sounds good," Cassie agreed, quickening her step to keep pace with Jamie. As she walked, she surveyed the area as well, looking for signs of movement and listening for any noises that might lead to further clues, but she spotted nothing suspicious. She could only hope that this absence meant that the animals in questions had managed to find shelter somewhere.
Cassie shook her head, a frown flickering across her face. "No actually. This is the first time I've ever done anything like this." And, although she was learning, she still felt very out of place. Not that this was a new feeling to her, but she couldn't help the worry that persisted no matter how many time she tried to banish it that she was more a nuisance then a help. "My knowledge base is actually more focused around animals, but even that's pretty limited. And... almost useless here," she added with a sigh as her eyes scanned the area. "What about you? Do you do things like this often?"
