Extra hands and carts would be nice, but at least they've got a well-stocked super sporran on their side - and Jamie is practical enough to have put some supplies into it. Saves on having to haul them around, for a start.
"Yes, I do. And I've a way to contact Captain Eneesh as well if need be," he says, tapping the finely worked metal bracelet that's been on his arm since sometime yesterday. He puts the canteen back into the sporran while Daniel sends his message, and flicks on the torch. "Let's go, then."
He steps inside, shining the torch around to get a look. Tiny motes of dust sift through the air, disturbed by their excavations, and beyond them pinkish tiles line the edges of the entranceway, picking up a bit on the decorations on the tile outside. The air here is definitely a few cooler, thanks to the thicker stone and lack of sunlight from outside. Beyond them is a hallway with darker-colored tiles, blues and purples. If outside was a sunset, then this is an early evening, before it gets completely dark.
The hallway opens up into some sort of room at the end, but is just long enough that from here all they're able to get is those bare outlines of something being there. They'll have to go further to see more. "I don't see anything other then that room down there, Doctor Jackson. Do ye?"
