"Yes, it is," It fit the bill for a Goa'uld, and Daniel wished he hadn't thought of it, because what did that say of him? But knowing the Goa'uld, this had to have occurred to them too already. They were older than his own civilization and a genetic memory to go with. More than enough to figure out the best ways to make someone suffer.

Definitely not small like one of Jara's Yeerk slug shapes. "They enter through the back of your neck and wrap around your spinal cord, then weave filaments into the brain."
He moved his hand off the device. "I think so. It's not bolted down, just heavy."
