Victoria echoes, as she (unfortunately) gives an apologetic look at Jamie before letting go to grab the teetering book along with a few more from the Doctor before they fall all over the Scotsman's hospitalized body. Whatever he wanted to tell her, it will have to wait later, or he'll just continue...

"Oh my, this is a lot of reading material," she comments, looking at the titles from some of the books he's brought. Nothing she recognizes. "Are you certain Jamie will be able to read all of it?" She doesn't mean it as an insult to his intelligence either. It's just...well, there really is a lot of books, between the pile she now has and the rest the Doctor is holding.
