There's an empty-handed Scotsman wandering the corridors, the supply of cups he had been 'asked' to distribute long since gone. The urge to go and get more was strong, however, and Jamie decided to find his way back to the room where they're stored.
He could have sworn it was down the corridor with the alcoves along the wall, but when he made his way to where it had been, the hallway in question was no longer there. Instead, a unremarkable series of walls lay before him, the roundels on them looking exactly the same no matter which way he turned when he came to an intersection.
Even trying to backtrack had no results, and Jamie was beginning to get the feeling he was wandering the same stretch of corridor over and over. As he turned left for what seemed like the thirtieth time, he wondered if he'd figure his way out of wherever he was - or even if he'd ever see anyone again.
"Och, not another one," he muttered, as he came across yet another stretch of similarly-featured walls. He stopped and started rummaging through his sporran. "There's got to be something in here I can use to make a trail..."
