As she felt her body being pushed back she scowled slightly and threw herself into it springing backwards and launching into an unsteady backflip landing more awkwardly then she would have preferred. Her bangs hung in her eyes and she blew them out of the way.

"I'm rusty." She acknowledged with all the self loathing she could muster.
